We understand that there is a lot to think about when planning the day of your dreams, whatever that may be for you, so we have made hiring The Box Bar Devon simple and stress free so you can go ahead and enjoy your day with your guests. From tailored drinks menus to customising the bar itself, we will make sure we tie in with your vision of your perfect day, and you won’t have to lift a finger!
So how do we do it?
We offer simple packages so you don’t have to worry about a thing. From arrival, throughout your wedding, all the way to the end of the day or night, we have all your drinks needs covered.
All of our bars come with the following as standard to make sure you and your guests are well cared for:
- One of our 3 bars set up at your chosen venue
- 2 Friendly and helpful members of staff
- Temporary Events Notice (if required)
- Free credit/debit card payments
- Liability insurance
- Mileage (up to 50 miles)
For how much?
We know that a lot of companies hike up the prices when they see the word ‘wedding’ but that’s not our style. That’s why we charge the same for hiring for a wedding as we do for any other private event, with no minimum spend charges for weddings that meet our min service time. Our hire cost covers all those lovely things listed above, including any equipment we will need to make and shake your drinks on the day.

How does buying drinks work?
The easy answer is, however you want it to, if you want to at all! We offer pricing packages to meet almost every budget. From cash bars to a fully covered bar, paying for drinks won’t get in the way of you and your guests having a good time.
You choose what we stock for your guests from our drinks menus and how it’s paid for from one of our simple payment options.
Cash
Your guests pay for whatever drink they would like, either by cash or card. Easy!
Subsidised/Token
You provide a certain amount of complimentary drinks (we can provide tokens) and then your guests can buy whatever else they would like to drink.
Pre-Paid
Your guests wont pay for a drink. We will run an open bar up to a set amount or run a tab for the event.
Bespoke
A completely tailor made offering bespoke for your big day.
