What ever the occasion, we can provide a tailored, fun bar experience for you and your guests.
We know planning an event and having to stock and run a bar can be a hassle, so we take that out of the equation and sort out everything for you from stock and staff to licensing and glassware. We’ve got your event covered.
So hows it done?
Our simple packages mean you can get on and enjoy your event without worrying about if your guest have drinks or not. You can tailor the way the bar looks and the drinks we serve to fit in with your events’ theme and/or style
At £200 to hire, all of our bars come with the following as standard:
- Our beautifully converted horse box bar
- Min of 2 Friendly and helpful members of staff
- Temporary Events Notice (if required)
- Free credit/debit card payments
- Liability insurance
How much does it cost?
Organising any event can be stressful and pricey so we make our pricing packages really easy, with no sneaky minimum spend charges or hidden fees.
Our hire cost covers all those lovely things listed above, including any equipment we will need to make and shake your drinks on the day.
All this for £200
How does buying drinks work?
The easy answer is, however you want it to, if you want to at all! We offer pricing packages to meet almost every budget. From cash bars to a fully covered bar, paying for drinks won’t get in the way of you and your guests having a good time.
You choose what we stock for your guests from our drinks menus and how it’s paid for from one of our simple payment options.
Cash
Your guests pay for whatever drink they would like, either by cash or card. Easy!
Subsidised/Token
You provide a certain amount of complimentary drinks (we can provide tokens) and then your guests can buy whatever else they would like to drink.
Pre-Paid
Your guests wont pay for a drink. We will run an open bar up to a set amount or run a tab for the event.
Bespoke
A completely tailor made offering bespoke for your event.
