At The Box Bar Devon our aim is to give you the event you have dreamed of, stress free. Our bars are available for hire for any occasion. Whether that be the centre piece at your fancy dress party, a hub for socialising at your wedding or to serve your well deserved staff and partners at your businesses corporate event.

Whether you are planning strictly traditional, laid, back or a wild wedding party, our horse box bar can be adapted for any style.
F.A.Q.
We charge £200 to hire any of our bars. This includes 2 trained members of staff, drinkware, insurance, licenses and limited mileage.
We will ask for the £200 upfront as a deposit to secure the date.
We look to source our drinks from Devon suppliers where possible but we will look to tailor the drinks offered to what you would like for your event.
We are a mobile bar so can go anywhere we can access! but our main area is Devon, Somerset and Cornwall
An electricity hookup and a water source is always helpful but if your venue is a little more rural don’t worry. We can bring generators so we can put the horse box wherever you want it.
All our drinks are served in biodegradable ‘plastic’ cups. If glassware is permitted and requested it can be supplied at an additional cost.
Yep, we provide you with at least two fully trained, friendly members of staff for each event.
If you require any extra staff there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of this.
Due to our low hire fee and no minimum spend we require The Box Bar Devon to be the only provider of drinks for the duration of your event.
We have full Public Liability Insurance.
After the cost of hire we do not charge a minimum spend for any event.
Yep we can accept most major credit and debit cards and we don’t charge any transaction fees.
